We are very comfortable living here. Happy with the amenities. Nice pool and gym. Layout of the apartment is wonderful. Need more storage though. Love our neighbors. The grounds are great and beautiful. Manicured.

Over all our experience has been great! We have had some minor issues with our downstairs neighbors but nothing outrageous. I would whole heartedly recommend this community to a friend and I have every time someone asks for complex recommendations

The first few years that we lived at Arborview were great. This last year 2020 was not that great. Maintenance requests were not filled in a timely manner, dust and mold in apartment, and safety concerns.

It gets worse and worse. 9 months and we still don't have a functioning dryer (washer and dryer are included in the rent). The parking lot lights have not worked for that full 9 months either which makes it much less safe.

The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the application and lease signing. Overall the community is pretty quiet and well maintained. It is definitely worth the price and is located near major roads which makes traveling easier.
