Clean, quiet, friendly. Despite the aging buildings I actually love it here. The only complaint I would have is parking. There are too many visitor spots in the smaller lots and and entire huge lot far away that has no visitor spots in it. It makes no sense, visitors can park in front of my building but someone who pays rent has to walk across the complex.
