The Mark at Brickyard is a great place to live and a relatively easy commute to DC. I appreciate having the MARC station within walking distance and its a quick drive to the Greenbelt Metro station. Management and maintenance are outstanding, and my only concerns are difficult for Management to correct or address. first off people drive like maniacs in the garage, it needs more speed bumps. Secondly, people do not pick up after their pets, although the property provides bags and a place to dispose of animal waste quite a few don't. With the exception of Royal Farms about a mile away there is no way to get a quick snack or fresh coffee in the morning. Again although Management has no control over it, they really need to press on Rappaport do something with the retail space on the 1st floor. You would think being so close to a MARC station that something should be there. Back to the garage, the garage door driving in has not worked in months, it was in the process of being repaired until one of the tenants chose to drive into it. This creates both a security and safety issue, security, because anyone can get into the garage and safety because some tenants think they are very important and although cars are waiting to exit the garage properly other decide to exit through the in garage door(yes you in the Black Mercedes MD Plate 9DG5451, passing 3 cars waiting to exit). However Management does a great job maintaining the building, addressing tenant concerns, and just making the Mark a great place to live. Anthony is the best!!!
