The Solaire Bethesda has a very kind front desk staff. It also is a high quality community, with everyone being kind and approachable. Additionally, I've really enjoyed the monthly wine and book club and other resident events.

Overall I have had a positive experience at Solaire Bethesda. The complex is gorgeous. The staff is friendly, and they are always happy to help resolve your problems. The complex also has a gym and club room.

Really enjoyed working with Vicki. She was terrific, proactive and diligent. Moving in was very easy and I like the app you have. Parking is great. The bike rooms are very nice and a great amenity for the building.

Nice community with friendly staff. I never had any issue. Very dynamic neighborhood with lots of restaurants and entertainment places. Metro is a few minute walk. amenities are upscale with a nice gym and a beautiful club room

Everyone at Solaire (management, maintenance and residents) have been extremely nice and very helpful. The location is also amazing-- Literally steps away from downtown Bethesda. We also have a 4 month old puppy who has already found friendly puppies in the building!

I only live here part ti, some as have a home in another state, so it is difficult to answer these questions. My experience is limited. However the staff remembers who I am which is amazing. Maintenance issues have always been resolved quickly.

Great location and staff, nice quiet apartments. I have liked living at Solaire Bethesda tremendously. If you want to have Quick access to Downtown Bethesda, the metro, biking on the trail and drive outside the beltway there is no better location.
