I've lived in 4998 Battery Lane for 4 years now, and although it isn't luxurious, it is CHEAP! I have an extremely spacious 1300 square foot apartment. I'm on the top floor, so noise does not affect me so much, but I have heard others complain about noise from upstairs neighbors. The insulation is not good. So maybe consider renting here if you want to live in an excellent location, for a great price, and can secure yourself an apt. on the top floor. BTW, since the beginning of 2008, the apartments have been renovated as and when tenants move out. Newly renovated apartments have carpets, dish washers, upgraded kitchens and bathrooms. And Bobby has always been good to us! And any repairs I've ever needed have been completed within 24 hours.
