I have lived in 5015 for about 10 months now and have had nothing but a WONDERFUL experience. The management has been extremely responsive to any maintenance issues we have had. They fixed everything within 24 hours, but 99% of the time it was the same day. The buildings are well maintained and they are very good about communicating with their tenants. The building is pretty quiet, we have had no noise issues. A great variety of tenants - young professionals/families/a few seniors. All utilities are included in the rent, including park. We pay for cable/internet. I have been very happy here, and I know my roommate feels the same way. All of our appliances are brand new, as it was renovated the month before we moved in. We even have a wine cooler installed in the kitchen! The only (small) complaints I have are that 1. We cannot control when the air conditioning/heat is on in the building. We can control the temperature and turn them off within the unit if we don't want them, but the building controls when each is put on. The heat was in October (I think) and air will be switched on in May. 2. You can't pay your rent via internet, checks must be hand delivered to the management or leasing offices, or mailed with a stamp. Over all, GREAT experience.
