Edgemont at Bethesda Metro
Thank you for your review. We appreciate the opportunit to hear from you, and would like to address some of your concerns. Our construction team has plans to correct the railings on the balconies. The estimated start date is 4/1/2014 and the estimated completion date is 10/30/2014. One of our upcoming capital projects includes hiring a landscape architect to redesign the front entry. They plan to enhance/update the streetscape appearance with new pavers, signage, lighting and architectural features. The design scope will include seating areas and the gazebo. This will be my first summer at Edgemont, and I plan to have landscaping work done in April to make the grass look great. Our landscaper is also scheduled to complete our spring tree trimming around the property. The elevators are currently in good working condition, and we always have them repaired as quickly as possible if there is ever a problem.
