The Chase at Bethesda
Resident • 2000 - 2001 Recommended
I lived at the Chase a few years ago. I cannot attest to how stylish or unstylish it is, but as far as noise goes, it was not a problem. We were on a high floor, so that might have helped. There is a fire station somewhere close by, but it's fine. Bethesda is upscale and expensive. I don't know how much the rent is now, but I bet somewhere around 1200 or so for a one bedroom is more than justified. It's right next to the Metro station and a lot of really nice dining and the grocery store. As they say, someone who likes something is unlikely to say anything whereas those who are disgruntled will tell ten people. Some of those posts, though, sound like they are from disgruntled employees, it's weird! The Chase is fine for soundproofing and quality of life. Maybe they should renovate the kitchen? I dunno about that.

I never heard the neighbors. Bethesda is very safe in general.
