A long term tenant. Because it is an older building there are issues that come with age, but all are handled as promptly as possible. New elevators are being installed, which will take months, again because of the age of the building. The lobby area needs a make over. Carpeting and wallpaper in halls need a make over. Much turnover at front desk and no dress code. Roof is common area, but yet smoking is permitted. Needs to become pet friendly. Notices are not given by email or hard copy that any changes have been made within the building. Many tenants learned the service elevator was running through word of mouth.
