Q: What is the estimated utility bill for one person?

A: Honestly, it's hard to answer that question because gas, water and sewage is regulated by the building so the price is based on square footage and how many people are listed on the lease. With my two bedroom, 1250 square feet and two people, the cost has been as low as $17 per month or as high as $80. Pepco bills are individually monitored so you can contact them and ask about rates that are typical lower in the winter but twice as high in the summer. Hope this help!
