I've lived in this community since 2/1/2020, and it has been challenging since day 1. My apartment should not have been deemed ready to move in, as there were pieces of the wall missing, a washer that didn't work, electrical outlets that shorted out on our first night, as well as other issues, including roaches. Maintenance is short staffed (they will tell you all about it), and they have a difficult time responding to urgent/emergent requests. The inability to maintain pest control is a major issue in this apartment community. I have been dealing with roaches since the first night, and most recently rodents. Given the numerous issues, extermination should be automatic. The residents should not have to constantly call in to be put on the list. The parking is horrible. The rules for parking are even worse than the actual lack of spaces. I like my apartment, especially my 1 mile commute. However, I am 95% sure that I will not be renewing my lease, unless the rodent/roach issues are under control. I can deal with many things, but not those. I do not keep a dirty home. I will not live with anything that's not supposed to be in my house
