I really like living at Aldon. The building is pretty quiet and everything is so convenient. I think it is a really good deal for the area too. I work right across the street so it is very nice for me.

I have been live at Aldon since 2021. The Management team are professional, great customer services, and very helpful. I love to live at Aldon and I would recommended my friend and others. Nice place to live.

Absolutely love this community; profesional and courteous staff! promptly addressed my maintenance requests. Also the apartments have easy access to shops, parks, schools. Sometimes it can be hard to find parking spot but usually is not a problem.

This is a very well-managed apartment community. The staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly. The location is very convenient to shopping and entertainment in Bethesda.

I'm enjoying the diversity in this community. They are friendly, look after each other, responsive to any requests. Ideally located with walking distance to stores, schools, library, post office and restaurants.

So far so good.. Great location and environment. I enjoy being near two convenient stations and i'm in the backyard of DC. I always have different variety and also, great environment and no drama in any way,shape, manner, or form.

Thus far we have had no issues with the building. The convenience with the downtown area is a plus as are the locations of the community parks. Parking spaces are great and plenty and our neighbors have been respectful.

I have good neighbors and an excellent management and maintenance staff. They really care about the well-being of residents. That was evident for me when, recently, I suffered a great loss. They offered help with my emotional distress more like a family!

I love this Community! It's a great location. 4 blocks from the Metro, downtown, and a target. The maintenance team is timely and professional. The Rental Office staff is welcoming and supportive. The area is busy but safe.

Very satisfied with the location, maintenance and staff. Would recommend these apts. Management is very attentive to tenant needs. Parking can be difficult if apt. occupants has more than one car. Close to stores, walking trail, park and metro.

My time at the Aldon has been wonderful I really don't have complaints. Everytime there's any kind of issue with my apartment maintenance or the leasing office solves the issue. I'm very happy I chose to live at the Aldon.

Quite and convenient to downtown Bethesda and the Metro. Staff has always been prompt to answer concerns. I met several people after moving in and they were both friendly and cordial but many of the new residents aren't as friendly but maybe that will change.

Details about area commutation provider's & public transportation details. Since there are no buses in this area, if there is a shuttle service, it will be convenient for all the elders ,children going to work people.

Dissatisfied with process. Apartment wasn't ready when it was promised, moved in two weeks after date I was told apartment would be ready. The entire process was a hassle, there always seemed to be additional issues or something more was required.
