I love my apartment and the building is very quiet. That said, the maintenance and customer service is HORRIBLE. Everything is done through a call center which means ridiculous hold times and a lot of miscommunication. Once you get someone on the phone, expect to be treated like crap. Especially if you talk to Lakeisha. She makes it very clear that she hates her job and she does not like you. I have a squirrel living in my ceiling, the damn thing keeps me up at night. I called about it over a month ago, a maintenance appointment was scheduled and no one showed up. So I called again. Another appointment was scheduled and, again, no one showed up. So I called AGAIN. We'll see if anyone shows up this time. If maintenance ever does show up to fix a problem that you've had to call about 3 times for, don't expect a note or any notification that a complete stranger was in your home. Even though the lease clearly states that they will leave a note if they're in your home, they never will. The only way I've ever known that someone was in my apartment was by the mess they left behind. I love everything about my actual apartment. The layout, the location, the fact that I can't hear my neighbors at ALL but the customer service is the worst I've ever seen. It's funny because if I treated paying rent the way they treat customers, I'd be out on my ---.
I would recommend these apartments if you have a high tolerance for incompetence.
