his has been the worst apartment I have ever lived in. Although the apartments are nicer than most in the area and are priced well, DO NOT LIVE HERE. Jessica DeLucca, the property manager, is the biggest crook you will ever deal with. Here are all the things that have happened to me and I lived there less than a year: 1) They send you to collections if you are late by 5 days, and will even send you to collections when you pay your rent. They sent to me collections when I paid my rent on time because they didn't associate my rent check with my apartment. 2) When you move out, they have a checklist of things that need to be done before you move out, and this includes getting the carpets professionally cleaned and that you need a receipt for proof. The lease, however does not state that the professional carpet cleaning needs to be done before moving out, and says the apartment to be returned less wear and tear, which warrants that the carpets don't need to be professionally cleaned. I told them that the carpet cleaning they were requesting breached the lease. I only got out of it because I told Jessica I was going to file a complaint to the Attorney General due to them not following the lease, and then they told me I didn't have to pay. 3) I broke my lease because I was starting a new job out of the area. I literally handed Jamie Scott, one of their leasing managers, the check for the two months rent they requested, but they somehow lost it. 4) When I paid the move out fees, they told me I paid the incorrect amount, and I emailed them the amount I paid and the statement they mailed me. The property manager, Jessica DeLucca, did not respond, and I called them 9 days later due to not getting a response. When I called, they told me that they sent it to their attorney. When I talked to the attorney, they asked what the difference was between the payments, and she said that it was much lower than what they typically get, and that it was not normal. I have lived in many different apartments, and have never had any issues anywhere else. Do not live here.
