The leasing staff was amazingly helpful and very professional. Syrena Johnson was our main contact and we couldn't have been happier as a couple looking for a new apartment. Syrena's level of professionalism, good humor, and caring nature compliment each other very nicely. She made us feel very comfortable, and the whole process was very clear and honest. She diligently sat with us to explain some of the specifics of our contract after their office hours. We later found out that it was her birthday from one of her co-workers (yet she never mentioned it, which should give you an good idea of her values and level of professionalism). Also a shout out to Michelle Bellinfante, who helped us our with some other questions we had at times. No hidden fees, and no weird spikes in our predicted rent. In fact, the rent value we signed for ended up being lower than the original value, which is quite the welcomed surprise! -S.R.
