Overall living here is a decent experience but I doubt I will be renewing another year when my lease is up. I will say my biggest complaint is office staff. When I first moved here the office staff was great, however the staff has changed about 3-4 times and I have had some type of issue with every change. Most recently I have had to go in the office two times about an issue with the parcel locker and the same leasing agent has quickly told me on both occasions to contact the courier service. However before she could finish her statement another agent both times took my name and apartment number and said she would call the parcel company to get the lockers opened and look for my package. I did not get her name but THANK YOU because your colleague was very quick to dismiss me and you stepped in to help and found my packages within minutes. I'd also like to note there needs to be something done about weekend trash. It's always overflowing and when it's warm outside the smell can be overbearing.
