We really love the community - this is our third year living here. The leasing office's service was great when we first moved in to our apartment in 2017. However, some recent incidents have made us really frustrated. When we went to the leasing office to discuss about transferring in to a larger apartment within the community, not only were we misinformed about the procedure but also the staff whom we spoke to was not on her best behavior. We ended up renewing our current apartment's lease for the third year. When we renewed the lease, we placed a request for carpet cleaning and a manager is supposed to visit our premise to decide whether they will provide the service for free. We were told that for a third year renewal and with manager's approval the service is free of cost. The problem is no one came to inspect our premise. We called after one month and it turned out that there was no request on their system about this issue. So, we placed another request. No one showed up. Meanwhile the management changed and they are no longer providing the service for free. When I called last time, I was given a quote for the service and I am supposed to bring a money order to them to schedule a maintenance appointment. I was very busy during the last few weeks and today before purchasing the money order when I called again just to verify the quote, I was given a quote that is $30 more than the previous one. Yes, it is getting frustrating.
