I'm sorry to hear that this was your experience. We do offer reserved parking that is marked with a pole and a 12"x18" sign. As we previously discussed, a resident that is paying for a spot has the right to have a vehicle towed. If you would like to discuss this further, please visit the office.

Since the recent completion of the interior painting of the hallways, ceiling, and all building doors, our current Maintenance staff started the groundwork to get the hallway carpet cleaned. We do have other available units, in various finishes, to meet the needs of all of our residents. If you are not fully satisfied with your current unit we would welcome you to stop by the office and we can show you our other finishes. We would be happy to look at transfer options if that is something you might be interested in. We strive to do everything we can to ensure our residents are pleased with customer service they receive.
