i lived here for one year. All was fine, until my neighbors moved. I always wondered why they had the entry door sealed with a door guard. I thought it was to keep out drafts. i soon found out. My apartment became infested with mice. It was so bad that I would'nt let my toddler crawl on the floor for fear he would ingest feces by picking something off the floor he'd dropped.. I came into my kitchen once and actually saw a mouse on the counter. I clean to military stands. This was totally unacceptable to me. I was unable to find their point of entry so that I could seal them out and i couldn't get a cat because of allergies. I moved. The carpet was so disgusting, it was covered with feces close to the walls behind furniture, that I was so embarrassed when the movers lifted my bookcases. My neighbor in the studio on the ground floor show me black mold surrounding his air conditioner unit.the windows are metal frame so they are extremely energy inefficent in the winter. I lived at 10 glenshannon court. The only good thing was the price. The neighbors were fairly decent with the exception of purposely leaving the locked entry open or trying to borrow money. You can hear everything thru the walls including my neighbor being domestically abused by her boyfriend-he got locked up; they downstairs neighbor caught cheating on his live in girlfriend and she was threatening to have a hit put on him. The others neighbors were decent and quiet.
