I moved in to my apartment in October 2014, only had issues with almost every appliance breaking and several delays on them being fixed. My problem is I renewed my lease (biggest mistake I could make) I have an extremely loud neighbor who isn't even in the same building as me! I've made several complaints to the lease office and they never do anything!!! They don't return calls or follow up on problems and they are rude. Kathy the manager is the most nasty person I've had to encounter. Every time I have a problem I dread calling because there is never a resolution. I'm still dealing with my noisy neighbor who blares their tv all night long. I hope this year goes by quick so I can get out of here. I highly suggest you look elsewhere before leasing an apartment here!
