A great place to live. Close to everthing we like, restaurant, shopping and close to commuter routes. We also love the atmosphere of the community it being fairly quiet and clean. Overall we're truly enjoying this type of lifestyle.

Overall nice apartments but NO ONE cleans up after their pets so common areas are off limits unless you plan on cleaning your shoes. Nice amenities although most have been unavailable due to the pandemic

We have had only great experiences here at Prospect Hall. Everyone is very courteous and helpful. Our neighbors are so friendly. Lots of well behaved dogs in the neighborhood. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quality apartment.

Not good - I'm military I have to be up early and I get home late, so far I haven't been able to sleep at night due to neighbors, and there isn't any place to park at night, so many uauthorized vehicles.

Moved in September 2020 and so far so good. The neighborhood is very quiet, if I have any maintenance issues, it's usually resolved within 1-2 days. Pet friendly! A lot of my neighbors are very kind as well. :)

Since we have lived here there have been multiple property owners. Rachuba is by far the best of out them. They are very responsive with emails and maintenance calls. The only issue I really have is sometimes parking.
