A lot of improvements have been made since the change in property owners. Grounds and facilities are well maintained, maintenance is friendly and responds quickly, and community events are planned and encouraged by the management team. The community is also much quieter now with the change in local traffic patterns. The road that passes in front of the property used to be so loud that I could not leave my windows open but traffic has now been rerouted around the community and there is a very large part being built just across the street. Some of the residents can be loud and are not very friendly but that is no fault of the management. Overall happy with the location and my choice to live at this property.
