I lived here for two years and ending my lease in a few weeks only because I got a job elsewhere. I enjoyed my stay here at The Fields of Gaithersburg. I have a single bedroom which has a lot of space; a lot more than I need. I love the kitchen and will really miss it when I leave. The cost was reasonable for this area being restricted income housing. Management has done great informing me of what is going on in the apartments, when people will be going in and what they will be doing.
The only real issue I ran into was setting up my internet. That, however, was a problem with Comcast and Verizon and not the apartment management. First, it took about 4 weeks to finally get my internet up and running by Comcast when I first moved in. About 4 months ago Verizon installed the physical cables for Fios and they have been sending out ads for Fios since then. However, whenever I query Verizon about setting me up with Fios, they say they can't. That is just kind of annoying
