Lived here for 3 years
This was a barely acceptable place - after the third flood in as many months we moved out. The rent went from $588 to over $1000 in the 3 years we were here, and the service went from poor to worse. I had to cut off the hot water in the laundry room myself because the maint guy couldn't find it. The pipes all needed replacing, and we had several instances of leaky pipes wrecking the ceilings. These 4-5 events are NOT included in the three full-fledged floods caused by broken pipes in the hot water heater room.

The reviewer who mentioned the drug dealers and shady characters in the parking lots at all hours was absolutely correct. I never felt safe outdoors here, and indoors you had to worry that the couple fighting next door would actually break through the paper-thin walls into your apartment with their constant physical abuse.Share This Review
