This place is horrible, and has gone down hill. The management claims that they own the property and they take pride. This is a lie. The place is dirty, go into the rental office clubhouse. Walls are pathetic. Hallways in buildings are pathetic. Tiles need to be replaced. Chipped walls. Way Overprice. There was a shooting in the parking lot. Person was a resident and died from injuries. Many residents are moving out this DUMP! Bozzuto managed the place much better. No comparison.
