Hello Liberty Mill Resident, Thank you for your feedback. We know the impact of the pool not opening can have on the community. We are working tirelessly with our vendors to find a solution and to get the pool back in operation as soon as we possibly can. Please inquire in the office about reimbursement for using local pools. With regards to your other concerns, we will have the team follow-up. The gas grills do work we inspect them each day. If you stop by the office, you can walk us through what you have experienced. The charcoal grills are also cleaned regularly and we will be sure to talk to our cleaning team about the daily maintenance of them. We have and will address valet trash and the cleanliness of the hallways with the contractors. We would also like to invite you to the office to discuss your concerns and provide additional details. Hello Mike, I am sorry to hear about experience you having here at Liberty Mill Apartments. I would love the opportunity to talk with you in person and to work and find a resolution. $600 for a water bill is extremely high and there appears to some sort of issue that I would like our maintenance team to further explore. We are happy to hear that the staff is great, that you enjoy the amenities we offer, and the events the property hosts. This is helpful and the team will continue to strive to exceed expectations. We are sorry to hear about your experience with noise. We try to address noise and pet waste concerns as they occur. Please stop by the office and let the team know what you are experiencing so we can assist. There has been turnover within our maintenance staff. Please let us know if you have any additional concerns, because our new team is great. They respond in less than 24 hours and complete work to resident satisfaction. The fire alarm is subject to incidents in the building. Since this is an apartment atmosphere the alarm could be signaled by the actions of other resident. We value the safety of our residents and encourage all residents to vacate the building when the alarms sound and await the approval of the Fire Marshal to return to the building. The system undergoes regular maintenance and alarms are a result of isolated resident events. Lastly, we have addressed any concerns with the elevator. We do apologize for inconvenience you have experienced, but the technician has addressed concerns and all appears to be well and in working order. Hello Liberty Mill Resident, Thank you for your review. Renewals typically do not increase hundreds of dollars, it is also not very common for your renewal to remain the same. It is an industry standard across the market to see a up to a 5% increase. Please stop by the office so we can review and discuss your renewal offer. We have had some turnover within our maintenance staff and you can now see concerns addressed in less than 24 hours. The team is fast, dependable, and sensitive to resident needs. Please let us know if you have any issues that have not been addressed. We can come and assess your appliances, as we have new GE appliances in each of our apartment homes. Hello, I am sorry to hear about your unfavorable Liberty Mill experience. There is an industry standard that there is typically only one leasing office per property. We do apologize if you found this to be an inconvenience, we also offer service by phone and email to better accommodate resident needs. Although we cannot prevent equipment from being out of order from time to time, we do work to maintain positive relationships with our vendors to address concerns as quickly as possible. This principle is applied to our elevator repair technician as well as our postman. Working together to provide quality customer service is what we all strive to do. Unfortunately, final bills are based on any damages to the apartment. We take care to assess the apartment at the time of move-out, to ensure our newest residents receive a new, quality inspected home. Final bills are solely based on the condition of the apartment at the time of move-out.
