I wish I could give this place 0 stars due to the fact that I was poorly treated after I moved out. I paid almost 1,850 for an 2bd/2bath on a 15 month lease that was never late. After moving out me and my boyfriend cleaned the whole apartment except the carpet due to the fact it was already used when we moved in. We was told that we had a stain in one of the rooms that didnt come up which was fine because we was aware of that stain. My issues is we was charged to replace the carpet in the whole apartment because they wanted to make sure it "matches" is what I was told by Keisha. They sent us 2 poor quality pictures to justify the 800 dollars that was taken from the 1100 dollar security deposit. Keisha and Danielle both stated that all apartments replace all the carpet in the whole apartment if one room have a stain, which was a lie. Not to mention Keisha stated she took 20% off because the carpet was 5 years old after we moved out. So it's my job to pay 800 dollars for carpet that was going to be replaced anyways due to the fact it was old. I called and spoke with Keisha about the situation which didnt end well because she hung up in the middle of me talking. I work with customers Monday-Friday at my job and never in all my years of working customer service have I hung up on someone no matter how rude they was talking. This place is a waste of money and anyone who is looking to live in the Germantown area spend your money some place else. I should not have to ask the Assistant Property Manager to send me better pictures of the stain that cost me 800 dolars. Not to mention when she re-sent the picture they was the same pictures but a little lighter!!!!!!!!!!! Im still waiting for them to show me where in my lease does it say Im responible for replacing the carpet in every room if theres a stain in one of the rooms that so called "cant come up".
