DO NOT RENT HERE
Under no circumstances should you rent here. First, they do not let you tour a similar apartment to the one they are trying to convince you to rent. They make you sign a lease without seeing the condition of the apartment you are renting. On the walk-through when we got the rent, the kitchen counters were warped (they also paint them instead of replacing them), everything was dirty, they got paint and bleach on the carpet they had installed, bathroom fan was broken, bathtub drain was broken and the bathtub was dirty, the door to the third bedroom would not shut, the dryer would take the minimum of three complete cycles to dry anything and there were no keys to the outside stoarge. Still till this day (10 months later) dryer still does not dry, counters are still warped, 3rd bedroom door still does not shut, etc. They never renovate these apartments and just barely do any maintenance on them. They will come out on the service calls but don't think anything will get resolved. Besides the lack of maintenance, these apartments were built in the 70's where sound proofing was unheard of. I swear our upstairs neighbor is dropping dead bodies on the floor constantly. We can hear when anyone goes up and down the stairs. While they allow you to have pets, they are not entirely pet friendly. They charge you 45 dollars per month per pet yet they have no amenities which this pet rent goes towards. There is one pet waste container for the entire development and it never has baggies. They do not enforce the clean up regulations so these huge dogs that are here defecate on the sidewalks and no one cleans up. Recently, they put up fliers saying to rat on your neighbor. I guess that is how they think managing the problem should be handled. Honestly, for the amount of money you pay go to a new development and don't believe a word that Janet says.Share This Review
