SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.

Thank you for taking the time to share your review. I would like to mirror this response to the same review that was shared on Google. The amenity fee goes towards not just the on-site amenities which did remain open despite COVID, through the use of the reservation system in our property mobile, but also the free fitness classes for different age ranges and our socially distant resident events. Our cameras in the trash area are to prevent issues from arising due to contamination of the recycling. We do require that “lost” parking passes be replaced for a fee due to the limit amount of spaces we are able to provide to residents and guests. The electric and power cost are paid separately to the utility company, however if any resident feels as though their AC/Heat unit is not working properly, our dedicated service team would be happy to take a look and make any necessary repairs. Lastly, we apologize to hear about any concerns regarding your experience with Sandra. She has a remarkable record of providing exceptional customer service while remaining fair and consistent in enforcing our community policies in accordance with the lease that was agreed to upon move-in, and all Fair Housing laws.
