Dear Resident, The central location of our Oakridge Manor Apartments is convenient to all the shops and restaurants along Route 2 and the B&A Trail, with easy access to I-97 and Routes 10 and 100. Also, the on-site management and leasing office is convenient for you; simply visit the office with any comment or request. Or you can go online at AandGManagement.com, and on your Residents tab, complete the Maintenance Request form. Also, notice the tab to easily pay your rent online. We strive to provide excellent customer service for you as a resident for a long time!
Dear Resident, We do appreciate your frustration with the necessity of the " sometimes inconvenient" extermination process, but because of the unusually wet weather, the apartment homes needed constant attention to prevent any unwanted pests from moving in with you. Regarding your balcony, unfortunately we do not show any maintenance tickets alerting us alerting us to any situations on the balconies. All Oakridge Manor residents have easy access to maintenance requests 24/7. Simply go online at AandGManagement.com and click on our Residents tab to complete the form. And of course, the Oakridge Manor leasing and management staff is available at the entrance to your community with ample parking, so please feel free to stop by 9-5 or call the office at 410-760-2244. We are not sure of the statement concerning appliances, so please contact your manager, Shyasia, and we guarantee she will be most helpful.
When residents are given an opportunity to renew their lease, they also are provided the opportunity to receive a gift for renewing - either a carpet cleaning, or an accent wall painted - for free! It is regrettable when residents do not wish to stay, as our Management and Leasing office is conveniently on site, and our 24/7 Blue Ribbon Service maintenance team is easy to reach, either by phone or by completing the Maintenance Request form in the Residents tab on our website at AandGManagement.com. Dear Resident, Our thoughts are with your family and we wish your brother well. Pests not only are a nuisance, they are unhealthy; therefore, we make it a priority to exterminate the area and maintain the property. Our buildings are inspected regularly, and the Fire Marshall checks the community often so that any discrepancy is resolved before any problems and unsafe conditions appear. Concerning unruly neighbors, should the management staff need to intervene, call the office at 410-760-2244, or visit the office, open daily for your convenience.

While washing machines and dryers are not available inside every apartment at Oakridge Manor, they are offered in some other A&G communities throughout Anne Arundel County. On-site laundry facilities are provided in every building to allow our residents the option to take advantage of their laundry needs without leaving the community. By doing so, we are able to offer deeper discounts and greater savings on monthly rents. We hope you continue to remain a part of the Oakridge Manor Community for many years.
