Park Glen Apartments
Prospective Resident · 2012
I don't know what the people living there are used too, but my fiance and I stopped there to see the apartments we were interested in renting there. Apparantely the only good thing about these apartments are the outside. We sat at the gate for 45 minutes trying to get the office to let us in. Once in we parked outside the office and upon going in the girl at the desk was rude and acted like we were inconveniencing her. She gave us an application and stated, "Oh! You have to have excellent credit to get an apartment here!" Like we were second rate citizens, we asked to see one and as she walked us out of the office she pointed across the complex and said, "Its over there!" and went back in. We stood outside the building waiting for the maintenance man to let us in and show us the apartment. He took us in through the back and up two flights of steps, opened the door and said, "Here it is!", I looked at my fiance and could barely hold back the laughter. What a joke, you would think they would have shown us a place that was clean at least. The carpet was filthy with stains all over it, the kitchen was dark and dirty with dead bugs all over the floor and in the fridge. It was like a small shoe box, the bedrooms were the same size and very lucky to get a bed in them they were so small. Please spare me any compliments on this place, I wouldn't live here if they paid me. Never, ever want to step foot on this property again. I do not want to offend tenants that live there, but really, seriously, these places are an abomination.
