If your not a smoker carefull of this place. I have a son and when I checked in they made me do the inspection with the maintenance guy right there and turn in the paperwork the after he left. Then after a day or two I noticed the smell of cigarettes all the time. I was because all the exhast vents in the kitchen and bathroom are connected so if someone in the building smokes theres a chance your apartment will smell like smoke. For me it was the guy below me. I spent over $300 trying to fix the problem. I got rid of the smell but every time the guy downstairs would smoke it was like i was in the room with him. So I decided to move out but you have to give ur 30 day notice on the 1st and pay for that full month. OH and the office closes at 5 which is weird cause thaths the time most people get off work. Also the gate is kinda a inconvience if you dont have a local number cause u have to walk to the gate to let someone in. Cant beat the price though but if you do the math with the amount you pay on utilities and since they only have fios not comcast you come close to the same amount for the place across the street which is newer and nicer and more convenient. Even though it seems everyone at the office smokes they lady that worked there was very understanding and was will to help me with the situation.
