I have lived here for years, when the property was owned by Home Properties and I must say this place has gone downhill in a few areas since Sage Management took over. Maintenance; you can no longer submit requests online. You have rely on someone in the rental office to submit and prioritize your request, which can take multiple calls. It still takes maintenances days to come out to the house and it takes them even longer to make repairs. Additionally, they aren't the most professional either. The company offers online bill pay but the website they use does not provide a payment amount for that month, considering the water, sewage and trash removal is added on to rent that would help to know how much more rent to pay. Lastly, they don't send out notices in a timely manner ex; they forgot to charge me for water, sewage and trash removal for one month and did not send out notification until two months later or sending out my lease renewal notice less than 30 days before the end of my current lease opposed to 60 days like normal. Just prepare yourself for issues if you decide to move here.
