The Townes at Heritage Hill
Resident · 2014 - 2015
I am currently a resident here. This place has its good and bad points. First, the good points: the rent is not a bad price for this area. I have a good size 3 bedroom townhouse that is clean and decent for $1500 per month. I guess I lucked out with my neighbors because they are relatively quiet and don't cause any disturbances that I am aware of. I have not had any problems with bugs or rodents as of yet. There are a bunch of kids/families that live here, which some people may not like, but having 2 kids of my own, I think it's great. Since it's so family-oriented here, people sort of look out for each other, I don't see a lot of the illegal stuff going on that I used to see all the time when I lived in Baltimore City. As far as the bad, there is a lack of communication between the staff at the front office, the maintenance crew, and the central offices. It can be frustrating to get a problem fixed, you may have to speak to many different people and it may take a while. But, if you don't have good luck with someone on the phone, just speak to a manager who might be able to help you. Some of the staff members are pretty rude and inconsiderate too, but not all of them. They rarely answer their phone when I call and they sometimes take a week to get back to me when I leave a message, if they call back at all. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a place on a budget near where you work. This is a good transition place for me....I'm coming out of a divorce, but I plan on moving on somewhere nicer in a couple years.
