My husband and I were also mistreated (like all the residents) during the failed condo conversion. Thankfully, we will be moving out soon to a new house.

The rental company has little regard for the residents. For a significant interval, all the buildings in the community were nearly deserted.

If you are interested in renting - be careful about the pricing. Some units were renovated for the condo offering, most were not. Scrutinize the appliances CAREFULLY - they may try and trick you into a premium price for equipment that is a decade or more old.

The management also gives the barest minimum notice when they will enter your unit. Typically, they post and deliver notices no more than the afternoon prior to the entrance. You will come home from work one day, and find a notice that the management will be coming in. If you have other locks in place, they will fine you. Bottom line - if you have valubles, get a good safe!

Currently, there is ample parking. That will change if the occupancy levels increase. The management is making no committment to assigned parking, so beware if you do shift work.
