This complex cycles through property managers - all of whom are difficult to track down - and the maintenance staff is terrible and do nott respond in a timely manner. Laundry in the building is cumbersome due to limited available machines.

I would like to first start by saying thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. I will be send out an introductory letter with all my contact information and please feel free to contact me either by phone or email. We have implemented a new maintenance program to insure a quicker response time for all maintenance requests. We will also follow up with a phone call or email to make sure our residents are satisfied with the repairs in their apartment home .
I would also like to hear more about your issues with the laundry room in order for us to attempt to find a resolution to the issues. We are happy to look at possibly adding more laundry machines if possible.
