The maintenance staff had to come back and clean since they didn't properly clean before I moved in. When I returned home from work I smelled gas, the staff member had hit the knob and left the gas for who knows how many hours in my home. Thankfully I was able to recognize what it was after walking around trying to figure it out. When the maintenance supervisor came he brushed it off said if happens all the time and all I needed to do was open the windows. I was never contacted by the leasing staff even though I called twice to speak with management. The seriousness of leaving gas on seems to be nothing to the staff here, no care in the world about they danger my family was in. Completed my move in checklist and let the staff know how little things like my bathroom wasn't fully clean still had dirt around the bottom of the toilets, maintenance came in to clean and I checked after they left still dirt there. Went to the office everyday the first week I moved in because my microwave wasn't clean I was told maintenance came and cleaned it. Finally I just took a video and showed them where it was still dirty. On the first day I went to pick up my keys I found out a welcome letter was never emailed to me telling me how to make my deposit and other things I needed done like renters insurance and the electricity company. Luckily I had done everything myself I just didn't know I needed certified funds to move in was under the impression I could use the portal to make all my payments online.
