Landmark Apartments has really gone to the pits with this new management company!!! I totally agree with the previous review. We have about 8 mainatenance requests that are over 3 months old. We are about to use our cabinets in our kitchen or one of our bathrooms. We have had excessive leaks in our apartment and now we actually see mold!!!! We have decided to place out December 2017 rent in escrow until our requests are fulfilled. This is ridiculous. We will not renew our lease. We have lived here for three years and never had any issues like this until the new management came. I am very disappointed in Landmark Apartments. They do not answer the phones in the office or return calls. I am very upset. I do not recommend anyone moving here.
