I moved here because a friend lived here and liked it, it's close to work, off the main street and very convenient highway access. I've been here for about 3 months and so far so good. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Parking hasn't been an issue thus far. The only 3 negatives I see at this point. Due to the place being older cold air penetrates the sliding glass patio door but it is an older place so can't expect it to be draft-free. Second, which is very annoying, is the fact that my neighbors think they need to SLAM their front door when the enter/exit. To some this may seem trivial but when attempting to relax the last thing you want is to be shaken by an idiot that can't close their door as normal people. Lastly, low water pressure which takes a while to fill the sink for dishes. Other than that, ALL GOOD!
