I've lived in these apartments since they were under Camden and the quality has gone downhill completely ever since Century took over nearly three years ago. There is no security. The garage doors keep breaking and tenants are rarely updated on when they will be fixed. The management team changes every few months and they are rarely, if ever, good at what they do in terms of customer service. There have been a number of car break-ins and apartment break-ins, which could either be an inside job or done by people walking from the Metro and management is rarely transparent about any of this. Once you've lived here long enough, they will overcharge you on rent to either price you out (SO MANY people have moved) so don't be fooled by the reasonable prices when you move in because by next year your rent will go up at an astronomical rate and they will not negotiate no matter how good of a tenant you are. I love my apartment and I wish I could pick it up and move it with me elsewhere. They pretend like these apartments are luxury because they're near a Metro and in a decent area, but don't be fooled. Find somewhere else, if you can!
