Nice community, less than 2 minute walk to the metro rail, but management could do a much better job with communicating with prospective residents. Moving in was definitely stressful and my experience was horrible. Too many issues to even begin to list. But the major issue that shattered my patience was the lack of communication, when my leasing agent wasn't available through out the entire process everyone was clueless. Don't tell someone that you will call them back and totally not follow up. I believe that a persons word should be bond but I certainly did not experience that with anyone in the leasing office with the exception of Ramfis. Despite all the negative I experienced my unit is up to par, neighbors are quiet and respectful to other residents experience to a enjoyable and peaceful abode. Although things weren't 100% and trust I did not expect it to be, but Ramfis's response time, professionalism and integrity is the really what kept me sane through-out the process. I just hope that his work habits and problem skills translate to the entire team to make sure that they not only address the major issues that a resident might encounter but also focus on the minute challenges as well.
