Maintenance just does not know how to fix certain things correctly the first time or second or third, etc. I moved in October 2018, my bathroom sink is generally clogged. I have to put a in a monthly service call. There have been 3 mice in the last four months, we trace them from behind kitchen stove we pulled it out and a big gap, we had to put steel wool and foam, also underneath my entry door in a large gap, maintenance put the doorsweeper in backwards, and have never come back to fix it...jeeezzzyyy. Jackie in the office is very nice and tries her best, but Paula the property mgr, calls all the shots, she's also a nice person, just a busy person. I will say communicate with them when you have any issues with paying your rent on time, they will work with you, just keep your promise. But the policy on pets needs to change, especially if you letting mice becoming pets..............maybe if I had a cat, all would be okay, or a small dog to give me some peace and happiness.........I will upload a photo next time of the mouse
