HORRIBLE LEASING OFFICE! I moved into this apartment complex in 2019 and the renting process was absolutely horrible. The leasing agent and manager forgot to put in a request to have my apartment prepped before I moved in. The grout in between the shower tiles are a dirty yellow, making it look like a dirty motel shower. The apartment had dirt and markings everywhere from the previous tenant, which should have been handled by the apartment. The leasing manager acted as if she was understanding and going to fix my issues, she wrote it down, had me send an email and everything, but she did not fix it at all and had no intention. She will act nice and understanding to you, propose solutions and then tell you that nothing can be done. You can hear the loud metro trains from inside of your apartment. The appliances are old and haven't been updated in years. Corporate never answers the phone and I believe they do not care about this location. The apartments are spacious and in a good location.
