I have called numerous times for mice!!! Maintenance leaves a note that the problem is fixed but every night I see one! I have spent $100 in mice traps and I clean every single night to make sure nothing is on the floor! I asked about mice when prior to moving in and was told mice were not a problem! I am terrified of mice! I AM SO SCARED OF THEM AND ALMOST GET A PANIC ATTACK WHEN I SEE ONE!! I hate mice!! Another thing are the windows! They are old and super thin and you can smell and hear anything and everything!!! It's so terrifying that the windows have no safety support!!! You have to be very careful if you have children! The apartment building stinks like smoke and trash and the cleaning is not good at all! And there is a maintenance man that has a BMW that uses 2 parking spaces to park his car! Parking already is hard to find and on top of that he feels he has to use 2 parking spaces! Parking sucks!! Towing starts at 8:30 and the property does not inform you of updates or property changes!!! If you are a clean, like peace and quiet, and hate mice, and usually have guest over I would not recommend this place!
