When I first came to live here in 1993, management was okay and the atmosphere was okay, but now everything has changed. Management is horrible. Always increasing rent with old appliances, nothing new everything is old. Always patching up things never replace with new. Roach problems. Exterminate and the roaches come back. Sometimes you'll find roaches in the refrigerator and wonder how did they get in. Ask for new refrigerator and was told they don't replace appliances. The refrig is old and water leaking from the bottom. A lot of apartments get flooded and all that is done is have someone to vaccuum the carpet with damp floors which can lead to mold. For the cost of living here, it's really not worth 1,000 dollars a month. This complex is overrated as a nice place to live. You have to come and check it out yourself. I've been here a long time, really too long, now looking for a new home. Crime has risen. Water heaters always failing especially the hot water. There has been times that there were hot day in the summer and no air condition for a couple of days and not reimbursed for not having air, but wanted the rent....smile. The apartments are truly not worth the rent they charge. Don't waste your time. You'll be leaving in a year or less. Sometimes I wonder why I stayed as long as I did. Just waiting for the right time to move to something better. For this price, you might as well buy a home and have a write-off and be satisfied. What always look good isn't.
