This is the 1st Apartment my family and I moved into, and we love it here! I agree, about the rental ladies and maintenance ppl being very polite.Whenever there is a problom they would help solve it immediatly. and I DO NOT work in the office or for this apartment complex, Im writing this because I have lived here for over a year and it's been great. My husband and I do not want to raise our kids where there are ppl just hanging outside,Chestnut is not like that, No one just hangs around these buildings. I have even seen the police just ride by at night just for our community safety. Well I would refer Chestnut to anyone and everyone! HAPPY LIVING! By the way i live inn a 1BR and den :P
