I live here, its a battle, but if you keep to yourself it'll be fine. Yes, the youth have nothing to do, yes they loiter/hang out. Yes we have ppl attacked in the laundry facilities so they had to shut it down. But its free parking?? Its a low cost for rent? Its close to New Carollton. They management is ------, and will take personal actions against you should you complain too much. The maintenance is one man working multiple properties (not just more than one building) they share this one man amongst 4 properties owned by Edgewood Management. The construction is done. I have a new bathfitter tub, and updated countertops (bottom of the line). Yes they threaten to kick you out with ANY infraction. So keep your paperwork. Establish papertrails thru email submissions. The only reason I say I'm safe is because I keep weapons in my home. I've seen someone BEAT on my stoop. Police do NOT respond because they argue who's district it is (County vs Glenarden).. I keep my kids inside at all times. The children cuss. But for all the negativity, its what I can afford so I call it home.
