As long as you get lucky not to have that neighbor who only cares about themselves. I assume its not so bad. I have a neighbor in 350 who smokes Marijuana in the apt, argues all night, and plays insanely loud music too much. Most people who live in or around the build are slobs a d do not pick up trash, rather liter everywhere.
