SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.
Not all communities use surveys and therefore may not have any survey information on their report card. These communities will show an "N/A" for their survey sections.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Our goal is to meet your needs and we appreciate your honest feedback. BGE owns and maintains the street lighting in the community and we are still in working on having them convert these fixtures to an LED format to enhance visibility. We are also working to local law enforcement to increase police presence in the community and nearby areas as well as fill one more courtesy office position. One position is currently filled at this time. We can certainly check out the flooring in your neighbors unit and hallway stair joists to reduce any noise transference. We are actively working on enhancing parking in the community as well. A new seal coat will be complete this spring and spaces will be reallocated as well as new parking passes issued. Our towing patrol is in full force as well to deter any unauthorized vehicles from congesting resident parking in the community. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Our goal is to meet your needs and we are very sorry to hear you had some bad experiences. We are working to local law enforcement to increase police presence in the community and nearby areas. An upgrade to the cable package was recently offered for a better combined rate (includes high speed internet, 140 channels/80 HD and cost of equipment). Valet Waste will allow you to use a large container of your own should you so wish. Services are available five nights a week so waste doesn't build up. The county bills water per building and regulates the bill back process. A paper copy is required to be sent to the customer, so those processing costs are included in the statement. We are actively working on enhancing parking in the community. Good Afternoon- I would like to thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with ApartmentRatings.com! I am very sorry to hear that you have experienced these frustrations with our community; however, I can assure you that they will be addressed. We are converting all exterior lighting to LED, adding drive lane entrance cameras and we have added a resident courtesy officer to the community that is an active duty Maryland State trooper. Furthermore, the community association security board is working to add secondary police patrols to the neighborhood to further combat concerns. Camden's site advertises additional features such as the Valet Waste and Comcast technology package as included in our rental prices. Often online advertisement sites only post base rental pricing not including these features as other communities listed on their site may not feature these packages.
