I moved into Cherry Branch in 2012 when Toby managed the property. She was understanding and didn't file a judgement each time I was late. New management came in 2013 with Lillian. She will definitely work with you as much as she can but will always file a judgement against you each and every month you're late because she has no choice. She is not the owner and has to do what she is told. Because of this, my credit history is destroyed after having 6 late rent judgements showing on my consumer rental report . I had to rent from a private condo owner when I left because I could not get approved for a regular apartment complex. Aside from all that, I ended up moving out in 2015 because of the severe mouse problem. I trapped three mice in one night on my kitchen counter. There was a dead one in the living room when I moved out. Maintenance could notf find the holes in order to keep them from coming in. Other issues: Drug dealers, police presence, train noise and vibration, trash, no garbage disposal, no dishwasher, no w/d and a/c bill runs about $180 - $220/mo and didn't cool off my upstairs. I had to use a window a/c on my loft just to cool off the master bedroom/loft. Don't move here.
